Take full control of Ground Floor Reception providing excellent service to our internal/external customers by showing professionalism, proactivity and dynamism and complying with the specified responsibilities.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Reception, Secretarial or hospitality studies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reception or Secretarial positions.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team.
- Ability to work with different tasks at the same time.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Languages: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or more).Key Responsibilities
- Answering, forwarding and taking messages for switchboard phone calls.
- Welcoming visitors, guests, vendors and candidates.
- Keep the Groundfloor Reception area well organized, clean and tidy at all times.
- Taxi/Remise coordination.
- Receive, organize, register and send correspondence in coordination with national/international courier vendors.
- Administrate visitors and employees’ badges.
- Meeting rooms booking.
- Create purchase orders for services under Reception Team´s responsibility.
- Conduct customs clearance procedure.
