• Demonstrate track record of attracting new listings and effectively closing rental deals.
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants and provide detailed information about the properties.
• Negotiate rental agreements and lease terms between landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of any rental property issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and property owners.
• Keep abreast of market trends and rental regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

• Proven experience in real estate, property management or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of the Marbella real estate market, region geography and rental industry.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
