- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Previous experience in a related field is an advantage. Responsabilitati- Communicate with existing customers via emails, tickets, and chat to resolve inquiries.
- Provide information about clients to existing customers and prospects via email, ticket handling, and chat in a manner that closes cases effectively.
- Ensure secure and enhanced client retention, contribute to excellent customer support, and identify/promote appropriate products and services.
- Recognize, record and effectively resolve all complaints.
- Handle all customer contacts efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver high-quality service by adhering to given processes and procedures.
- Update customer database and document activities.
