  • You will analyze customer and industry specifications to ensure processes are conforming and work to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • In this position, you will lead effective root cause and corrective action projects to meet the organizations and customers' requirements
  • Further, you will prepare appropriate documentation, reports and summaries to communicate progress and results working in a collaborative environment
  • You will perform and support successful audits, both internal and external, which may include AS9100, Nadcap and customer audits
  • You must be capable of positively and professionally influencing others that do not report to this position to achieve the organization's goals, including internal and external customers/suppliers
What makes you great
  • You will need a bachelor's degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience OR 12+ years of directly related experience
  • Further, you must have the ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
  • You must be able to handle multiple demands at one time, while maintaining good composure and communication skills
  • Also you must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • You will need strong communication skills and computer proficiency, business administration know-how, and a working knowledge of quality systems
  • If you have Lean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt it is a plus
