A perfect enclave to relax & re-energize with loved ones.Job DescriptionContinue your hospitality career as a Valet Manager, where you'll be the first and last point of contact, ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience. The Valet Manager reports directly to the Rooms Management team and is responsible for supervising and coaching the valet team.
  • Set the proper example for the valet team by living the Auberge values and standards
  • Work with the Rooms Management team to improve/change standards and processes as needed to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Roll out any new initiatives that are implemented for the valet team
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
  • Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one-year experience as a valet manager preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
  • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
