Ideally, you will have some retail experience in the premium fashion sector - strong analytical skills - great with inventory management and Visual Merchandising. You may have done some recruiitment but must have a good track record of developing strong teams and upskilling your talent.THE ROLE

  • Support the Store Manager by running the team and daily retail functions FOH
  • Lead from the front to meet sales and KPI targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock and maintain VM presentation standards of the store - sparkle, sparkle!!
  • Must be available to travel to Australia for onboarding
THE RIGHT FIT RETAILER
  • Retail sales experience with some exposure to stock and inventory management.
  • Recent fashion retail experience - ASM or SM 2+ years
  • Experience leading teams 15+
  • Bubbly and positive energy with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • You have flair - great stylist and build rapport quickly with your return customers.
  • Love VM and have an actively creative mind. (Good problem solver).
