How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As part of procurement transformation, the digital procurement solution (DPS) has been implemented and aims at standardizing procurement processes and way of working across Air Liquide. To accompany this transformation, the GBS Data Manager will play a critical role encompassing diverse activities such as suppliers training and onboarding, management of level 2 tickets, data quality improvement and tracking essential KPIs to measure performance and quality of operations.1Suppliers onboarding- Monitor and support category managers in their supplier onboarding program: - Identification of suppliers to be onboarded on the platform- Manage the supplier onboarding list- Prepare supplier contact email- Animation of webinars- Suppliers Bulk upload to avoid divergence between platforms2 Users support and assistance- Support suppliers once they are onboarded on the Air Liquide webportalAnswer suppliers questions- Resolution of software issues such as system errors, connection issues, or app-related issues - Regular updates of the Q&A on the webportal- Escalate to Hub Leaders or Solution Owners for content or technical issues 3 Quality and Performance management- Maintaining the Go-Value KPI Dashboard and pilot all indicators (KPIs, SLAs...) - Following-up the evolution and business needs to reflect on the Dashboard - Adapt / improve methods of working based on user feedback4 Data and systems management- Manage Database, periodical releases- Update the Air Liquide TaxonomyAre you a MATCH?Experience - 4 - 6 Years preferred in supplier onboarding and data management on global rolesQualification - any GraduateLevel - English FluentOur Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
