- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of heavy-duty truck sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Regularly review sales performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in heavy-duty truck sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty truck specifications, features, and industry regulations.
