- Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately
- Conduct customer survey for sales service monitoring
- Perform operational duties
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties
- Required to perform shift duty subject to business needs
- Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee the team performance
- Secondary education
- 3-4 years' relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business
- Good knowledge of loan products
- Good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
