Billing Operations Specialist

• Bachelors in Engineering (Telecom, IT, Networking etc).
• Proven 6 Months to 1.5 years of BSS (Business Support System) product experience, familiar with one of the charging and call center products, which include intelligent network, OCS, CBS, Billing, IPCC and E// CBIO etc.
• Hands on experience on OCS/PCRF/SCP systems (Oracle ECE experience will be preferred).

• Should have sound knowledge & understanding of GSM and telecom.
• Hands on experience on Digital BSS, Revenue Manager, Catalog Manager, Order Management.
• Must require E2E knowledge of all Traffic Flow scenario along with charging protocols for voice data and SMS.
• Working knowledge of Protocols / Interfaces (i.e. Radius, Diameter (Gy, Gx), RO, SP, RX Interfaces and AAA protocol).
• Good Knowledge & Understanding of UNIX, LINUX, Shell/PERL Scripting.
• Should be familiar with backup policy (including all type of backups) along with restoration procedure.
• Able to take TCP level trace and Application trace and to perform analysis.
• Should to be able to perform Software Upgrades and Patch installation.
• SQL/plSQL statements (create, select, insert, delete).
• Good knowledge on Oracl, SQL database.
• Able to provide 24/7 support and good understanding of ITIL framework for Incident, Change, Problem & Performance Management.
• Implementation of Daily, weekly, and monthly health check routines for network elements.
• Good knowledge of WSDL, XSD, XML.
• Strong understanding of general Packet Core solutions for 3G and 4G.
• Good knowledge in Cloud Virtualization will be added advantage.
