- Responsible and accountable for the daily planning, management and optimisation of all logistics, transportation and warehouse related activities within your market, including collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics (3PLs) and fulfilment partners.
- Ongoing performance management of 3PL's and fulfilment partners within your market, ensuring exceptional levels of performance and adherence to agreed SLA's.
- Tight grip on inventory, working with the 3PL and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure financial losses are minimised and that accuracy is optimised at all times.
- Responsible for logistics planning to ensure periods of significant growth can be accommodated without disruption and that the supply chain is resilient to changes in market conditions and peak trading activity.
- Ensure tight cost control at all times, working tirelessly within your market to ensure end-to-end supply chain costs are optimised.
- Collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders within Too Good To Go to influence our strategy and ensure execution against agreed Manufacturing goals.
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do, with a clear focus on increasing NPS scores and reducing the Customer Care contact ratio.
- Manage all inter-site transfer and haulage requirements (where applicable).
- Experience of working with, or for, a 3PL is essential - ideally acquired within a B2C food or GM environment
- Demonstrable experience of exceeding targets and optimising levels of customer experience and cost control
- Experience of pan-European logistics is a benefit
- Experience managing carriers is a benefit
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to understand and operate in a fast moving and evolving business environment
- Strong analytical skills - you are confident using raw data to proactively investigate trends and identify new opportunities.
- Exceptional planning skills and ability to navigate changes to market conditions and peak trading periods.
- A passion for the mission and for raising awareness of food waste and sustainability
- You're an excellent communicator - you understand when to speak and when to listen, and you are skilled in leading conversations and presenting at all levels
