Coordinator and/or follow up on procedure authorizations. Collaborate administratively with modality leadership, technicians, and referring providers regarding orders/ appointment requests. Provides outbound call center services across all clinical areas within the Medical Center, applying expert understanding of each modality and clinic's unique scheduling requirements. Takes inbound calls from patients calling to obtain medical services as necessary.
