Join us!The Team:We are expanding our Corporate Banking team in the Nordics and are looking for a Director to join the team. In this role you will act as senior client manager for key clients across the Nordics portfolio. As well as having increasing amounts of responsibility for your relationships including targeted client additions to the portfolio you will also be involved in handling all aspects of major client relationships, including advice, direction, coordination and execution of various transactions.Responsibilities:As a core member of the Nordics Corporate Banking team you will:Act as the senior client manager for key clientsYou will manage, develop and direct resources and activities across the Bank’s global franchise in order to deliver the full suite of products and servicesOriginate, build and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis and provide a point of contactManage multi-product origination efforts within the integrated coverage model and ensure internal partnerships are seamless and efficientOriginate business and offer all the products the Bank can offer to each clientProvide market informed judgements on a broad array of financing strategies to address client specific needsStructure, prepare and deliver content led presentationsBe responsible for ensuring the Bank's activities are conducted in a compliant and risk free mannerManage and mentor junior professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career developmentWhat we are looking for :Excellent client relationships, marketing, presentation and sales skillsSelf-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independenceProven track record in client management and new business originationMeticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousnessAmbitious, with a strong desire to succeedCapable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individualsStrong mathematical and analytical skills are requiredYou will have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously & working effectively as an individual & as part of a teamFluency in English is essential and a second language from one of the Nordics countries would be a plus but is not requiredExperience at another US investment bank or major Nordic investment bankSkills that will help:A second language from one of the Nordics countries would be a plus but is not requiredBank of America:Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
