- Generates and updates demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast (including NPI's, promotions and events) in cooperation with Commercial department and other relevant stakeholders. Checks consistency with OpCo targets (AP/RoFo) and highlights gap-to-fill information at the required horizon and aggregation levels;
- Every month leads the S&OP Consensus Meetings drumbeat, one per sales subchannel, with the corresponding KAM, at customer/sku level. Ensures the information interface with HGSS for consolidation of Demand Plans at Channel level and with Commerce Control team for Financial translations;
- Coordinates and monitors the Demand Planning process, taking into account the interdependencies with the subsequent steps of the OpCo S&OP Process, namely RoFo and Supply Planning;
- Triggers statistical forecast based on historical sales information (cleansed from exceptional events such as long out-of-stocks or non-repeatable marketing and sales activities), including differentiations, causal relationships, baseline/uplift, main drivers and demand patterns, seasonality and trend changes. For this purpose, use the appropriated forecasting tools available (currently SAP SCM and pilot AI/ML project), which should be properly maintained for optimal performance (e.g. Sales History, Master Data, Realignments, Statistical Models by sku);
- In close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Teams, incorporates commercial information (such as NPI's, promotions, price changes and events), as well as customer and consumer behavior assumptions, in the demand plan);
- Follows the Financial translation of the demand plans, by understanding the past financial performance and the commercial and value assumptions for the future and checking consistency with OpCo targets;
- Collaborate with the Commerce Control team in highlighting gap-to-fill information at the required horizon and aggregation levels.
- Bachelor or Graduation in Business Management or Industrial Management;
- Minimum professional experience of 1 year;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of demand planning;
- Experience on statistical models for Demand planning;
- Experience with E2E S&OP processes;
- Structured with good analytical skills;
- Good communication and challenging skills (internally within Heineken);
- Stakeholder management skills (externally with customers).
