• Play a pivotal role in clinical operations functions such as prior authorization, medication reviews, and the closure of HEDIS and STARs quality gaps, all while fostering membership growth.

• State unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse, complemented by national board certification. Eligibility to participate in Medicare is a must.
• A proven track record with at least 6 months of direct experience as an APP, preferably with exposure to geriatric, hospice, or palliative care populations. Experience in the nursing home environment is highly desired.
