- Design promotion plan for key accounts participate in the align meeting with account plan discussion, provide analysis and off-take report, advise possible promotion mechanism for key account, design promotion plan based on account characteristic.
- Negotiate with buyer for margin and annual contract terms protection, promotion price. Secure display and schedule for planned promotion.
- To liaise with several parties of key accounts, closely work with field sales and analysis evaluation of activities relative executions or promoters to ensure on time launch of promotion; on-going monitor of promotion quality.
- Work closely with marketing members to ensure promotion timeline match with product supply timeline, esp. related to on-pack promotion, new product launch related to on-pack promotion, new product launch. etc.
- Prepare feedback report after promotion. Monitor competitor's activities in the key chains and feedback to managers, monitor monthly expenses claim of key accounts.
- Analyzes sales date in order to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion.
- Demonstrate good account management with proven tracked records
- Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate good research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate moderate in written English
- Project management skill
