Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our strategic goals are met with precision and excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesTechnology Transfer Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end transfer of 140S technology from OMT Taiwan to FAB6, ensuring seamless integration with existing manufacturing processes.
  • Define technical achievements, risk evaluations, and qualification plans, ensuring minimal impact on production and yield.
Cross-Site & Multi-Fab Coordination
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between OMT Taiwan and FAB6, facilitating collaboration across process, equipment, and integration teams.
  • Implement process standardization, tool matching, and alignment with standard methodologies to maintain consistent technology performance across sites.
Risk Management & Business Impact
  • Identify and mitigate technology transfer risks, including process variations, supply chain challenges, and operational constraints.
  • Ensure that the transfer achieves business targets, including cost efficiency, cycle time optimization, and long-term manufacturability.
Strategic Fab Expansion & Business Resilience
  • Establish FAB6 as a key future manufacturing site for 140S technology, ensuring long-term sustainability and risk diversification.
Process & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that the transferred 140S process meets existing performance benchmarks while maintaining yield stability.
Cost & Operational Efficiency
  • Optimize Fab utilization, process efficiency, and cost structure, aligning with business objectives.
Cross-Site Collaboration & Knowledge Integration
  • Strengthen collaboration between OMT Taiwan and FAB6, driving effective technology adaptation and workforce development.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading technology transfer initiatives within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to get results.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a passion for innovation and achieving world-class performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and sites.
  • A track record of successfully implementing process standardization and tool matching.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and business impact analysis.
