- Responsible from defining the criteria for after sales operation(includes RMA and Call Center) according to needs of the market
- Responsible from selecting and managing the operation of 3rd Party Service Centers
- Responsible from following DOA, Failures, Incidents and Product Repairs for each customer and creating reports weekly/monthly bases both internal and external
- Responsible from communicating with R&D teams and customer to provide complete and on time infomration
- Responsible from controlling the total cost of After Sales operations for each customer【工作制度/性質】 工作時間： 日班

2. strong verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English
3. problem solving skills
4. direct work experience on similar role or responsibilities
