期間 : 6個月 (有機會延長合約或是轉正)
工作地點 : 新竹縣竹北市台元一街 (台元科學園區內)
主要是協助主管, 文件處理,內外及跨部門溝通協調, 業務會議安排, 廠商聯絡, 文案撰寫, 專案規劃及執行... 、需出差 (視業要需求外出至外縣市開會/洽公)
工作經驗: 6年以上
學歷要求:大學、碩士
語文條件: 英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)工作內容:
Coordination and Project Management:

Assist the Head of Marketing in coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the department head.
Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop, write, and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and social media content.
Ensure all written content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of marketing materials.

Team Support and Collaboration:

Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing as needed.
Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team.

條件:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-Experience in marketing, with a focus on project coordination and content creation.
-Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work.
-Strong organizational and project management abilities.
-Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
