  • Develop comprehensive channel strategies aligned with company objectives to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
  • Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales plans and forecasts for each channel.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure effective product/service selling.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel performance.
  • Regularly analyze KPIs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesExperience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Channel Manager or similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Education
