For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Executive will lead digital marketing efforts to boost brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Responsibilities include managing digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is creative, data-focused, and skilled in using digital platforms to achieve marketing goals.Key Requirements:
  • Create and execute digital marketing plans to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Keep up with emerging digital trends and suggest new strategies.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for digital marketing projects.
  • Report regularly to management on campaign performance and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including creating and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing tools, and CMS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal skills; capable of crafting engaging content.
  • Innovative thinker who keeps up with industry trends and emerging tech.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Google Ads or related certifications are a plus.
