Windows.net Software Developer

Springdel is looking for a good candidate with a mix of Windows and Cloud development skills. This role will be for developing Windows services that will be persistent and run in the background to listen for internet (cloud) requests from a trusted back end.

Responsibilities

Need to be able to develop Windows services and apps that can be called on remotely and interact with core OS functionality. This includes setting up Windows kiosk, remote wiping the device, building Windows images, OEM integration, and more.

Qualifications·        

• Experience with C# programming language
• Knowledge of Windows operating system concepts and APIs related to system management and configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and its usage for querying/modifying system data·        
• Familiarity with gRPC for inter-process communication between services.
• Experience with WinUI 3 framework for developing Windows applications.
• Knowledge of working with databases, specifically LiteDB, for data storage and retrieval.
• Good verbal English is necessary

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Golang programming language·        
• Experience with Windows Configuration Designer (WCD) and its usage for device state management.·        
• Knowledge of Windows registry and Group Policy rules for device configuration and management.·        
• Understanding of HTTP protocol and experience working with HTTP-based APIs.
• Experience with Inno Setup Compiler
• OMA DM and Windows AD / Azure AD domain knowledge
