• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate objectives.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with HR functions.
• Provide HR guidance on complex employee relations issues, legal requirements, restructures, and planning.
• Offer performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with management and employees.
• Identify training needs, evaluate, and monitor training programs for effectiveness.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in resolving complex people issues, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in HR laws and practices.
• Effective time management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
