Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Job DescriptionYou will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseasPerform analysis on divestmentsPrepare management reports and board papersSupport annual budgeting exercise to prepare the proposed budget and business plan for the Singapore portfolioCarry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolioSupport initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functionsRequirementsDegree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline. A Chartered Financial Analyst qualification or Appraiser’s License will be an added advantage.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience in industrial real estate. Experience in a REIT will be an added advantage.Familiar with real estate markets and valuation methodologiesPossess strong analytical and financial skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel applicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits
