Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.

Serve as the frontline ambassador, addressing customers' inquiries via email and phone.

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to safeguard the handling and transfer of our products, ensuring their safe arrival into the hands of our customers.

Oversee the seamless management of online orders, ensuring accurate and punctual fulfillment to uphold customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the meticulous processing of government tenders, adhering diligently to regulatory requirements.

Showcasing our products and services to walk-in customers. Engage with our valued clientele, fostering meaningful interactions and offering tailored service and solutions to meet their needs.

Take charge of maintaining accurate and dynamic product listings across various online sales platforms, empowering our customers with comprehensive information at their fingertips.

Facilitating Internship Program Coordination with Universities

Tackle diverse operational tasks as they arise, playing a vital role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.
