Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.Our Opportunity:The Manager of Field Restaurant Operations provides significant value to both our franchise partners and within the Popeyes and Tim Hortons business by being the in-house expert on restaurant operations, including standards, best practices, and training. These efforts are directed toward the dual goals of increasing guest satisfaction and improving franchisee profitability.This role is highly dynamic and provides an outstanding platform for understanding and influencing all Operations aspects of the business.Specifically, the Manager of Field Restaurant Operations will be responsible for leading initiatives to help ensure franchise partners are supported in the following key areas:
Brand Standards: Execute brand standard operating procedures, with functional knowledge of the Popeyes/Tim Hortons Operations Manual
Best Practices: Charged with identifying opportunities and areas for improvement to best support the goals of improved guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability.
Training: Champion training within the APAC region, both classroom and digital training initiatives
The successful candidate will need to be influential in relationships with external stakeholders (Franchisees and vendors) and internal partners (Field teams & Marketing, Global Operations, etc.). Due to this, successful candidates will be able to demonstrate intimate knowledge of restaurant operations combined with navigating large matrix organizations.We are looking for two hires: one supporting Popeyes brand in the APAC region and one supporting Tim Hortons brand in the APAC.Required Skills:
Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations
Business acumen & dexterity with qualitative business concepts
5+ years experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, both Corporate and Field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships
Highly organized, motivated and a team player
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
