Handle day-to-day general administration duties and support to the Account department.2. Checking and downloading sales data from the Portal for billing.3. Processing transactions, issuing invoices, and general accounting.4. Perform data entry & updating of records.5. Manage office operations, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.6. Perform ad hor and backup for the Logistics & Purchasing dept when required.7. Other scope of work assigned by the management from time to time.Job Requirements:1. Min. GCE āNā level, Nitec, or equivalent experience.2. Able to start work at short notice.3.
