Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Job DescriptionManage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, which includes performing analysis on results variancesPrepare consolidated accounts and statutory audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standardsPrepare annual budgets and forecasts submission to Group consolidationManage the budgeting and financial planning process for the group, including detailed review and analysis on the submissionManage statutory filings including financial statements and taxYou are expected to deliver within tight deadlines. Other duties include involvement in year-end audit, preparation of reports and ad-hoc projects.Any other duties as assignedRequirementsDegree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPAAt least 6 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reportingGood understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards SFRS(I)Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics and SAP will be viewed favourablyProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerpointLiaison with Chinese stakeholders, proficiency in Mandarin is requiredExcellent team worker with strong analytical, communication, people-management and organisation skillsAble to work independently and effectively under pressureBenefits
