- Receiving incoming goods from vendor according to PO.
- Maintain material traceability and log accurate deliveries into ERP.
- Issuing Rope Access harnesses and gear and update records on system.
- Work closely with different departments to update equipment databases, maintain minimum quantities etc.
- Packing of equipment for job site according to list given by operation / projects.
- Record all incoming and outgoing RA and LG equipment and update database / maintain traceability.
- Clean, service, inspect and testing all RA and LG equipment returned from job site.
- Inspect all RA items on 6 monthly basis or as and when required.
- Carry out daily forklift inspections highlighting any areas requiring maintenance or safety risks.
- Preserve materials to be held in inventory.
- Office working hours are 8am -5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- IRATA Rope Access experience preferable.
- Desirable that candidate can maintain all electrical hand tools in good working condition and repair when needed.
- Candidate must be open to new training that may be required - PPE inspection, forklift, LEEA
- Be willing to provide colleagues with the information they need to complete their tasks and eliminate roadblocks (Informing).
- Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately (Priority Setting).
- Able to define, work within and improve business processes based on immediate and future business needs (Process management).
- Driven individual who is a good team player and communicates well with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Forklift license
- IRATA
- PPE Inspector
- Working knowledge of rigging equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proficient in updating ERP systems
Training Participate in training where required.
