- Oversee day-to-day operational functions in the warehouse
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure inventory and location accuracy are maintained.
- Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and services failures and make recommendations to management
- Continuously improve the SOPs to encourage higher productivity
- Motivate employees involved in operations to innovate and contribute to enhance operations
- Allocate resources effectively
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety
- Deliver quality service and meet KPIs
- Experience working in ISO Certified environment
- Impart knowledge and groom staff
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned
- Dealing with Government Authorities (AVA, Customs)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Minimum O level / Diploma in Logistics Management
- 4 years experience in warehouse area
- Microsoft office skills
- Possess a Custom declarant license (preferred)
