2. At least 8 years working experience in specialist BIM software
3. Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large Multidisciplinary Projects
4. In-depth knowledge of BIM procedures
5. Technically proficient in all aspects of BIM and interfacing and interpreting MEP/architectural/structural engineering requirements.
6. demonstrable expertise in preparation of 3D BIM models and construction documents using appropriate design standards
7. Good understanding of integration from/to BIM with other applications.1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in an appropriate field such as Engineering. Architecture or construction Management or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
