Raast Solutions is looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALE REPRESENTATIVE / within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S or AUSTRALIA - based client's customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (OUTBOUND / Cold Calling).We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers. Candidate must have Good Communication Skills (ENGLISH) and having the ability to work in Night Shift. Good Listening & Speaking Skills.Responsibilities & RequirementsManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealPresent products to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyaltyRemain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needsRespond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputationNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data- years of experience as a Sales Executive with US-based customers and clients.Excellent verbal and written Communication, Selling, Negotiation skills.Handle Outbound calls with US-based clients.Exemplary attendance and punctuality.Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening & understanding.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Should be target-oriented, hardworking.Applicant should preferably have previous Tele sales experience in a US campaign.Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.Proven experience as Sales/Customer Service roleKnowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principlesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM softwareExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skillsA business acumenEnthusiastic and passionate(Bachelors or Master) BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales or MarketingWorking hours: : PM to : AM (Saturday and Sunday off)Females are encouraged to Apply.Job Status: Regular / Full-time EmploymentJob Specificationis in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Account Sales Executive in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan.
