The perfect candidates will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This position offers an excellent chance for an individual with strong organizational and communication abilities, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Help organize and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process .

Requirements:

Applicable for Tamheer program
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent English language
Keen attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Has not been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months.
Has not previously benefited from the program.
