Pricing - business hub of Jeeny where you’ll be making waves by helping us optimize revenue through pricing
Product - backbone of Jeeny where you’ll be studying passenger & driver problems, ideate solutions and bring them to reality
Operations - pillar of Jeeny where you’ll be managing the supply of the marketplace
Marketing - creative hub of Jeeny where you’ll be elevating our brand awareness and improving brand perception
Retention & Engagement - experimental cell of Jeeny where you’ll be designing strategies to drive retention & engagement of our passengers and drivers
Performance Marketing - innovation hub where you’ll be demonstrating experiments to onboard new passengers & drivers digitally
BizFin - strategic maestro of Jeeny where you’ll be learning to play with data and bringing efficiencies
HR - talent management hub where you’ll be learning to fuel our talent base
Customer Experience - creating seamless journeys of satisfaction for our customers
Market Intelligence - intelligence hub where you’ll be using innovative ways of comparing Jeeny to industry benchmarks

Throughout the program, you’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to grow our business.What will you do?

Deep dive into data to crack problem statements, find insights, recommend and implement solutions to achieve business goals
Design, develop and implement strategies to support our services or market sector
Discover the best ways to help grow the Jeeny Business
Conduct primary/secondary research to identify key market trends to stay at top in the competitive landscape
Design or map out new processes to bring efficiency to existing processes
Help formulate and achieve organizational OKRs to challenge the status quo and demonstrate innovation
Kick-off pilot to experiment on new ideas
Identify opportunities for growth as well as overcome existing challenges
Lay down objectives/targets and complete them in a timely manner

RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in a business management or science-related discipline. (Graduation by August 2024)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques
Strong communication (Fluent English) and engagement skills
Willingness to embrace and respond to change
Ability to navigate through ambiguity
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Flexible thinking and ability to continuously innovate
Team player to demonstrate our values
