We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team at National Company For Learning & Education. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of financial analysis and forecasting.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data and trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Prepare financial reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Conduct variance analysis to explain and interpret financial results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
