- Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain and interpret financial results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
