- Conduct thorough feasibility analysis for real estate development projects, including financial, market, and risk assessments.
- Evaluate potential sites for development based on zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and market demand.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks and processes for real estate feasibility assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and construction, to ensure alignment on feasibility criteria and project objectives.
- Review and analyze project proposals, feasibility studies, and financial models to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to real estate feasibility, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in real estate development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting real estate feasibility analysis.
- Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and standards related to real estate feasibility governance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential impacts on project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development, feasibility analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, Financial Modelling, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards relevant to real estate development.
- Professional certifications such as CCIM, CFA, or similar credentials are a plus.
