Graduate of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Preferably with Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) License (Registered) Preferably with good English oral and written communication skills Safety Officer training/accreditation, an advantage Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in Facilities Management in the same capacity Must have solid technical expertise in the maintenance, development and operation of various facilities and equipment utilized in a BPO industry Must have working knowledge in construction projects & project management
