- Select and Manage production areas and grower vendors to meet production target though seasonal manpower / outsource/ third party service
- Educate, Communicate and support in Grower Agreement process
- Manage control Grower Vendors to follow seed operation procedures and work instructions.
- Record and collect all job-related documents by following the company policies and seed operation procedures and/or farm input procedures and/or intake procedures and work instructions, including Farm Input Supply Distribution-Return and Purchase Ear Corn Procedure and Work Instructions.
- Inspect, Collect and report the condition of seed field production, problem and suggestion to management team
- Monitoring & tracking field update, crop stage, quality rating data in Bayer system
- Plan, communicate and control harvesting process with growers and post harvesting team.
- Manage cost within budget.
- . Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural or related field.
- Able to travel and work upcountry
- Valid driving license and good driving skill.
- Experience in agricultural business.
- Seed production experience is preferable
