Our Vision is: "Love people for who they are and help guide them to clarity."The RoleWe are a standby call center for an Insurance Company. In the event of a disaster, we need 7 competent, experienced inbound customer service call center agents.Typical Day includes(example):Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri - 11 am - 7 pm, Lunch 3 PM - 4 PMWed - 1 pm to 7 pm, Lunch 5 PM - 6 PMThis job is answering calls to help patients set up appointments, answer other inquiries, and do other tasks related to patient care. You log in to our phone system and then start assisting patients.I've been in the call center business for 30+ years.These positions could become permanent and might transfer to working directly for the Company.My longest-tenured contractor through Upwork has been full-time employed by me for 5+ years.You will be responsible for :

Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care/health and Insurance industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You have a working knowledge of Communication skills
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
Must have reliable & high-speed internet, PC, headset, microphone, and a quiet work area.
