Our differentiator in the industry is our consultative and relationship-based approach aiming to build long-term relationships with our clients built on trust.We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives who can join our client whose a leading global professional services company that offers a range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. They work with clients in various industries to help them improve their performance and create sustainable value for their stakeholders. They are also known for its expertise in digital transformation, technology implementation, and innovation, and they serve clients around the world, including many of the Fortune Global 500 companies.The RoleSummary:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide information about our products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • Must have a 6 months BPO experience
  • Amenable to work full onsite and in a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work with Queue Management
  • Bachelor's Degree is NOT required if you have at least 2 years of BPO experience
  • Can consider college undergraduate (of at least 2 years up) with 6 months of BPO experience
