- Plan and allocate RCs LH requirements, RC to LM Hub and vice versa for RTS, intra Samar Leyte Island LH scheduling for backloads & FM transfer.
- Monitor intra VisMin activity incoming/outgoing LH, from SOC to RC to Hubs, backloads & RTS.
- Provide updates to origin/destination, through pre-alerts via email & seatalk (viber & skype for backroom).
- Update tracker sheets daily to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Validate partnership billing based on recorded trips & forward to IS team MNL.
- Ensure the smooth flow of Midmile Operations at RCs and the safety of the team.
- Monitor pre-booking linehaul requirements for RC to Hub, RTS, and intra VisMin requirements.
- Ensure updates status of shipments upon transporting until transported to every Hubs.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management prefered.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
