- Responsible for outreach, prospecting, qualifying leads and converting leads into sales.
- Manage prospects through a multi-touch sales approach (mostly phone, email and social selling through LinkedIn).
- Contacting and qualifying potential customers using Apollo.io, our sales intelligence platform.
- Setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Manage and report on pipeline activities, key performance metrics and revenue.
- Use HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (HubSpot)
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A strong ambition to advance within a sales organization.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
