Hub Lead - Operations, SPX Express (Batangas)

• Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
• Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
• Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry
• Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment
• Other tasks related to the operations of the hub.
