- Responsible for all daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of reports being distributed and report issues upon discovery for immediate remediation.
- For assigned set of accounts, access internal and external reporting systems to extract billable data.
- Populated pre-defined client workbooks with data for each verified billable attribute.
- Perform validation steps as defined in contract terms to ensure all appropriate data has been captured.
- Distribute completed assigned reports to designated OTC analyst.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
- 2 years of experience in a fast-paced high transactional volume field required.
- Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient with researching variances, and preparing reports.
- Highly proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office with a requirement of advanced excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
