Warehouse Supervisor

• Handles daily warehousing operational activities including receiving, picking, stock control, movement and security, and cycle counting while strictly adhere to work instructions, corporate policies and safety standards.
• Maintains records of supplies and materials entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Checks inventory control management of the warehouse: Conduct physical stock count/report.
• Plans, manages, and ensures proper storage of goods and utilization of warehouse space.
• Handles given projects/activities.
• Oversees and manages all warehouse equipment, tooling and chemical solvents to maintain its condition that are fit for use compliance to Safety, health and environmental requirement.
• Supervises the cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal. Develop a cleaning schedule.
• Evaluates the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed.
• Conducts disciplinary action as needed; Recommends dismissal of employees.
• Provides leadership to the efficient coordination and execution of workflow throughout the warehouse, consistently keeping safety, sanitation, cost controls, productivity, accuracy, team environment, and customer satisfaction in line with facility goals.
• Develops good working relationships at all levels within the team environment, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance.
• Manages inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies.
• Keeps records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates etc.
• Schedules and leads meetings with team members to update on new policies/procedures, schedules and incidents.
• Implements and supports Quality initiatives throughout branch.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
