Description RESPONSIBILITIES You will be the Key Contact within the Philippines for Australian clients Develop rapport with clients to assist in the development and growth of the business Perform Financial Accounting and Management Accounting duties like and complete Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reporting duties for clients Take ownership and responsibility to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Attention to detail to ensure that what is being delivered is accurate and thus building confidence in the business Ensure that the clients are fully compliant with relevant regulations and with taxation laws Perform a wide variety of Accounting Software advice Provide clients and stakeholders with software advice to ensure the smooth operation of services You will need to perform several Ad Hoc duties. Providing Clients and Stakeholders with sound financial advice using your business acumen Perform a wide variety of tasks both as a team member in an international team and as an individual using your own initiative Qualifications Applicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines Soft Skills KEY SELECTION CRITERIA AND KNOWLEDGE: As the point of contact for clients you will need to have well developed Stakeholder Management skills Excellent English communication skills both written and oral Ability to manage a variety of relationships that the candidate will be confronted with Understand the most effective form of communication given the circumstances i.e. e-mail, telephone or calling a meeting Technical Skills Strong accounting and financial background and experience in Xero (And other packages) with a CPA background Financial Accounting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Debtor Management & Creditor Management of Bank Reconciliations, Management Accounting Monthly and Quarterly Reporting including detailed variance analysis Develop competency in various accounting packages Strong IT background and experience Specific Skills (viewed favorably) Systems Accounting experience History of overcoming IT problems Writing of Policies and Procedures Contacts To apply for this job email your details to
