- Support the Development of Strategic Communication Plans: Assist in creating comprehensive and integrated communication strategies to support clients' PR or Digital objectives. This includes conducting research, gathering information, and providing input for strategy development.
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Assist in conducting research and analysis to understand clients' industries, target markets, competitors, and current trends. Contribute to providing insights and recommendations based on the collected data. This includes doing market research and analysis as well.
- Assist in Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the team to support the development of strong relationships with clients. Contribute to understanding client goals and objectives and assisting in the alignment of strategies to meet their needs.
- Participate in Brainstorming and Ideation Sessions: Contribute ideas and insights in brainstorming sessions with the strategy team and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Support the Development of PR & Digital Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of PR or Digital campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives. Provide support in developing messaging and coordinating campaign tactics.
- Monitor Industry Trends and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and communications. Contribute to monitoring media coverage and social media trends related to clients' industries.
- Assist in Quality Assurance: Support the review and evaluation of campaign proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Conduct Research using Agency Tools: Utilize agency tools and resources to gather information and insights for strategy development.
- Provide Support to Current Clients: Collaborate with the team to support current clients, offering assistance and contributing to their communication strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in research, consulting, market research, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework may also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated interest in strategic planning, business strategy, and market dynamics. Participation in relevant extracurricular activities or professional development programs is a plus.
