Project Officer, Construction Management - Philippine Based Role

• Supervise the assigned construction project from start to finish for a leading developer.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.

• Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols at the construction site.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (minimum)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management (or relevant field)

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of construction methods and materials

• A valid Philippine driver's license (preferred)
