Job Description Processes the following transaction types received through any of the available channels of communication (i.e. phone, SMS, fax, email) in accordance with the prescribed policies and procedures: (a) Lead / Business Opportunity, (b) Order taking, (c) Feedback / Complaints and (d) General Inquiries
Answers inquiries and concerns from all customers, individuals and SMEs, which are received through inbound calls and emails
Processes all customers' requests respecting the processes and procedures as defined by the Customer Care direction
Processes endorsements from clients and co-CCRs
Conducts Outbound Calls for seasonal projects
