To excel, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech support within the Shopify ecosystem, along with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Shopify functionalities. Familiarity with Shopify themes is a must, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with our clients. Requirements
